At Biographer, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return it within 30 days.

How it works:
Items must have tags and be unworn.
Keep your proof of purchase handy.

Returning is easy:
1. Send us a message at bybiographer@gmail.com or through our contact form;
2. We’ll guide you step by step on how to send your item back.

Refunds or exchanges:
Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. Return shipping is on you unless it’s our mistake or a defective item.

Wrong or defective items?
No worries! Contact us and we’ll fix it quickly.

These terms govern all online purchases made through our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

2. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in Euro and include applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted: Multibanco, MBWAY, Credit/Debit card.

3. Shipping
We ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they’re unworn, with tags, and in original condition. See our Returns section for more details.

5. Product Information
We do our best to display colors and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

6. Liability
Biographer is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control (e.g. courier issues, strikes, weather).

7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only to process orders and improve your experience.
